The Ministry of Finance (MoF) on October 01, 2022, issued a notification to amend Notification No. 18/2022-Central Excise, dated July 19, 2022, which is allied to the Special Additional Excise Duty on the production of Petroleum Crude and export of Aviation Turbine Fuel.
The following has been amended:
In the Table,
• against S. No. 1, for the entry in column (4), the entry “Rs. 8,000 per tonne” has been substituted.
• against S. No. 2, for the entry in column (4), the entry “Nil” has been substituted.
This notification will come into force on October 02, 2022.
