The Government of Gujarat on September 30, 2022, issued a notification regarding the daily rate of special allowances in addition to the rate of basic pay fixed by the Government for the scheduled employment under the Minimum Wages Act, 1948.
The special allowances rate for the following scheduled employment are as follows:
• Employment of Sweeping and cleaning work (Occupation) is Rs.93.00/- Paisa
• Every employment (occupation) other than the employment of making incense sticks is Rs.87.00/- Paisa
The special allowances rate will be for the period from October 01, 2022, to March 03, 2023.
