The Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers (MoC&F) on September 30, 2022, notified that Polyester Continuous Filament Fully Drawn Yarn (Quality Control) Amendment Order, 2022 will further amend Polyester Continuous Filament Fully Drawn Yarn (Quality Control) Order, 2022.
The following amendments have been made-
•In paragraph 1, for sub-paragraph, (2) It shall come into force on April 03, 2023 subparagraph shall be substituted.
•After paragraph 4, for the TABLE, Polyester Continuous Filament Fully Drawn Yarn (FDY) with Indian Standard IS 17261:2022, containing Title for Indian Standard as Textile-Polyester Continuous Filament Fully Drawn Yarns - Specification shall be substituted.
It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the official Gazette.
