•In an effort to broaden and further improve the use of the BH series, MoRTH has suggested new rules with the following salient characteristics:
•It has been made easier to transfer vehicles with the BH series registration mark to people who qualify for or are not qualified for the BH series.
•To assist people who subsequently become eligible for BH series registration marks, vehicles currently possessing normal registration marks can also be converted to BH series registration marks subject to payment of the necessary tax.
•To further improve citizen convenience, a proposed adjustment to rule 48 would allow applicants for the BH series to submit their applications at either their place of home or their place of employment.
