The Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MoCI) on October 10, 2022, issued the corrigendum to the Initiation Notification No. 7/13/2022 -DGTR dated September 30, 2022, related to the sunset review investigation.
The following has been amended:
The subject of the initiation notification is corrected to be read as ‘Initiation of Sunset Review Investigation concerning imports of “Grinding Media Balls excluding Forged Grinding Media Ball” from China PR and Thailand’ in place of ‘Initiation of Sunset Review Investigation concerning imports of “Grinding Media Balls excluding Forged Grinding Media Ball” from China PR.’
