Industry Specific Compliance The Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (UPRERA) on August 26, 2022 has issued Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (General) Regulations, 2019. This has come into force on August 26, 2022.

The following has been stated namely: -

• Regulation No. 48 has been inserted which prescribes the amount of fee payable by the real estate agents for amendment to Form-H relating to the period of validity of the registration certificate of the real estate agent.
