The Government of Himachal Pradesh on October 10, 2022, issued the “Gazetted Holidays” during the Calendar Year 2023.
The following have been stated:
• The “Gazetted Holidays” during the Calendar Year 2023, in the State of Himachal Pradesh are listed in Annexure – I.
• The additional ‘Gazetted Holidays’ only for women employees working in all Government Offices/ Boards/ Corporations/ Educational Institutions in H.P and for women employees within the meaning of Section 25 of Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 and also to daily wage women employees are listed in Annexure – II.
• The Restricted Holidays for the Calendar Year-2023, in the state of Himachal Pradesh are Listed in Annexure – III.
• The ‘Gazetted Holidays’ within the meaning of Section 25 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 are listed in Annexure – IV.
