Secretarial ComplianceThe Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) on September 30, 2022 has issued The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Online Delivery of Educational Course and Continuing Professional Education by Insolvency Professional Agencies and Registered Valuers Organisations) (Amendment) Guidelines, 2022 to further amend the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Online Delivery of Educational Course and Continuing Professional Education by Insolvency Professional Agencies and Registered Valuers Organisations) Guidelines, 2020. This has come into force on September 30, 2022.

The following has been stated namely: -

• Clause 9 which states “Administration”, the limit for a continuing educational course has been increased to 200 from 100.
