The National Stock Exchange (NSE) on October 11, 2022, in continuation to SEBI circular SEBI/HO/DDHS/DDHS/P/CIR/2021/613 dated August 10, 2021, regarding provision pertaining to Electronic Book provider (EBP) Platform.
Additionally, SEBI advised about the evaluation of regulations relevant to the Electronic Book Provider Platform in its circular SEBI/HO/DDHS Div1/P/CIR/2022/00139 dated October 10, 2022. (Revision in Chapter VI of the Operational Circular for issue and listing of Non-convertible Securities, Securitised Debt Instruments, Security Receipts, Municipal Debt Securities, and Commercial Paper). The relevant SEBI circular is appended as Annexure 1.
The provisions of the above circular shall be effective from January 01, 2023.
