The National Stock Exchange (NSE) on October 13, 2022, issued a notification on Risk Based Supervision (RBS), Submission of information for the period April 01, 2022, to September 30, 2022.
Members are asked to provide the exchange with the information and data necessary for the risk-based assessment for the period from April 1 to September 30, 2022.
The specifics of the data and information needed in this regard are included in Annexure-A, latest by November 30, 2022, the same must be electronically submitted to the exchange through the Member portal's Inspection module.
The steps for submitting the same using the Member portal's Inspection module are detailed in this circular's Annexure-B. It should be reminded that all active Members of the Exchange are required to submit RBS data.
The data collated from the members or exchange towards Risk Based Supervision (RBS) will be shared with SEBI and in case of any non-submission or delayed submission by a member, disciplinary action as prescribed in Annexure C will be initiated.
