Commercial ComplianceThe Ministry of Law and Justice (MoL&J) on October 11, 2022 has issued the Chhattisgarh Electricity Duty (Amendment) Act, 2022 to further amend Chhattisgarh Electricity Duty Act, 1949.

The following has been amended namely: -

• The Schedule that states “Rates of Duty” has been substituted and a new Rate of Duty has been set.
