The Government of Jammu & Kashmir on October 12, 2022, revised the minimum rate of wages of the scheduled employment, after consulting the advisory board.
The following revised rates of minimum wages have been stated:
• For Unskilled the minimum daily wage is Rs.311/-
• For Semi-skilled the minimum daily wage is Rs.400/-
• For Skilled the minimum daily wage is Rs.483/-
• For Highly Skilled the minimum daily wage is Rs.552/-
• For Administrative/Ministerial the minimum daily wage is Rs.449/-
