Commercial Compliance The Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) on September 21, 2022 has issued amendment to Notification No. HQ-PUB 014/1/2020 Pub-BIS (399) dated September 09, 2022 which states amendment to certain Indian Standards.

The following has been stated namely: -

• Sl. No. 2 and Sl No. 3, column (4) of the English schedule Notifying the establishment of Amendment 1 to IS 2590 : 1987 and Amendment 5 to IS 3589 : 2001, respectively ─ Substitute ‘5 Sept 2022’ for ‘Date of CA’s approval'.
