The Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) on October 14, 2022 has issued amendments to Notification No. 36/2001 – Customs (N.T.) Dated August 03, 2001 which states “tariff values of certain goods” October 15, 2022.
The following tariff Value has been stated namely: -
• Table - 1:
1. Crude Palm Oil – 858 US$ Per Metric Tonne
2. RBD Palm Oil – 905 US$ Per Metric Tonne
3. Other – Palm Oil – 882 US$ Per Metric Tonne
• Table – 2:
1. Gold, in any form, in respect of which the benefit is availed – US$ 531 per 10 grams
2. Silver, in any form, in respect of which the benefit is availed – US $ 629 per kilogram
• Table – 3:
1. Areca nuts – 7333 US $ Per Metric Tonne
