The Ministry of Finance (MoF) on October 15, 2022, hereby makes further amendments to the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 04/2022-Central Excise, dated June 30, 2022, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), vide number G.S.R. 492 (E) to change the special additional excise duty on diesel.
The following has been amended-
In the said notification, in Table, against S. No. 2 which specifies high-speed diesel oil, for the entry in column (4), the entry “Rs. 10.50 per litre” shall be substituted
This notification shall come into force on October 16, 2022
