class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">The Punjab State Electricity Regulatory Commission (PSERC) on October 13, 2022, invites suggestions and comments on the draft of Punjab State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Renewable Purchase Obligation and its compliance) Regulations, 2022.
If any, suggestions and objections on the draft regulations may be filed with the Secretary, Punjab State Electricity Regulatory Commission, Site No. 3, Sector 18-A, Madhya Marg, Chandigarh within 21 days of the publication of this notice.
The complaints must be sent in one hard copy along with the author's signature, full name, postal address, and phone number. Every objector has the option of sending the Secretary PSERC a soft copy of their complaints through email at [email protected].
On November 16, 2022, at 11 a.m., the Commission will also hold a public hearing in this regard in its office. Participants are welcomed from individuals and groups that are interested in expressing their opinions on the issue before the Commission.
