The National Stock Exchange (NSE) on October 17, 2022, issued a circular to remind all the members to submit the Annual Returns i.e., Audited Balance sheet, Profit & Loss Account, details in respect of Shareholding, Directors, Net worth Certificate, etc., as may be applicable, for the financial year ended on March 31, 2022, through the Digital Portal (https://digitalexchange.nseindia.com) with reference to the Exchange Circular reference no. NSE/COMP/53906 dated October 03, 2022.
All Members are required to submit the Annual Returns on or before October 31, 2022, to avoid any penal/disciplinary action which has been laid down in the Exchange Circular reference no. NSE/INSP/53530 dated September 02, 2022.
