Commercial Compliance The Government of Jammu and Kashmir on October 13, 2022, revised the rate of fresh Milk in the loose form (boiled) and its bye-products.

The following revised rates have been stated:

• The Cow Milk (Loose Form Boiled) having 3 to 3.5% FAT and 8.5% SNF is Rs.45/- per Litre.

• The Curd Standard is Rs.55/- per Kg.

• The Cheese Kashmiri (Paneer) dry without water content is Rs.250/- per Kg.

These rates are implemented immediately and will remain in force till March 31, 2024.
