The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on October 18, 2022 has issued Risk Based Supervision (RBS) - Submission of information.
The following has been stated namely: -
• The Risk Based Supervision data for the HY 2022-2023 which is for the period April 01, 2022 – September 30, 2022, is required to be submitted by November 30, 2022.
• The submission is to be made only electronically through BEFS.
• All trading members of the Exchange are to mandatorily submit the RBS data, even those who have executed only a single trade during the aforementioned period.
• In case of any non-submission/delayed submission by a Member, disciplinary action will be initiated.
