The Government of Tamil Nadu on September 28, 2022 has issued Wages Code (Tamil Nadu) Rules, 2022. It shall come into force on the day after the day of their final publication
The following has been stated namely: -
• The calculation of the Minimum Wage Rates has been stated in Chapter II
• The various Disbursement of Wages such as deductions has been stated in Chapter III
• Chapter IV states about the State Advisory Board
