Commercial ComplianceThe Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers (MoCF) on October 21, 2022, issued the Hydrogenated Rice Bran Fatty Acids (Quality Control) Amendment Order, 2022 to further amend the Hydrogenated Rice Bran Fatty Acids (Quality Control) Order, 2022, after consulting the Bureau of Indian Standards. 

The following amendment has been made:

In paragraph 1, for sub-paragraph (2), the following sub-paragraph has been substituted, namely: - 

“(2) This order shall come into force on April 24, 2023”.
