The Government of Tamil Nadu on September 28, 2022 has issued The Industrial Relations (Tamil Nadu) Rules, 2022. It shall come into force after the day of their final publication.
The following has been stated namely: -
• Chapter II States about the bilateral forums, this even states about the establishment of the Working Committee
• Chapter III states about the Trade Unions
• Chapter VI states “Voluntary Referral of Industrial Disputes to Arbitration
