Commercial Compliance The Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers (MoCF) on October 21, 2022 has issued the Acid Oil (Quality Control) Amendment Order, 2022 to further amend Acid Oil (Quality Control) Order, 2022. This has come into force on October 21, 2022.

The following has been amended namely: -

• Paragraph 1(2) which states about enforcement, the following has been substituted namely: -

“This order shall come into force on the 24th day of April 2023”
