Labour Compliance The Government of West Bengal on October 21, 2022, issued a notification regarding the list of holidays for the year 2023.

The following lists have been stated:

• The Public Holidays during the year 2023 have been specified in List I.

• The Holidays under the order of the State Government in 2023 have been specified in List II.

• The Sectional Holidays in the year 2023 for the employees of different communities have been specified in List III.
