The Disaster Response & Fire Services Department, Andhra Pradesh on October 13, 2022 has issued Notification for Commercial/Business/Assembly/High Rise Buildings.
The following has been stated namely: -
• The purpose is namely: -
1. To state the requirements to meet the fire safety standards
2. To notify authorities of safety measures to ensure compliance.
3. To lay down procedures for time-bound disposal of applications for “No Objection Certificate”
• The Electricity Safety checklist has been provided to prevent Electrical Origin Fires.
• The Fire and Life Safety checklist in Commercial Buildings has been provided.
