The Government of Rajasthan On October 27, 2022, in order to simplify the online process of registration and license to be issued to the contractor, now the system of Auto Sanction has been implemented on the departmental website of the Labour Department after the expiry of 45 days.
Under which the online process on the department's site will be effective as follows:
•On receipt of the prescribed application for registration and license of the Chief Employer or Contractor along with all the requisite documents on the department's portal, the concerned competent officer will complete the online investigation of the application in 7 days, after investigation, the application is found to be acceptable according to the rules apply on will be approved.
•If the deficiency is found in the investigation, the deficiency will be filled within a period of 7 days and shall be directed to do so by the applicant.
•If the deficiency is not met by the applicant within 7 days, it is necessary for in the next 3 days an online notice will be sent to make up the shortfall.
•If the deficiency is not met by the applicant even within a period of 3 days from the above notice, the application will be canceled with reasons at the end of the said period of 3 days.
•If the applicant fills up the deficiency within the period of 3 days after the above-mentioned day or notice, the case will be accepted as per rules and immediately deposit the fee and security deposit as prescribed under the provisions of the Act or State Rule within a period of 7 days. The applicant will be informed through the system to get it done.
•If the applicant does not deposit the fee or security deposit online within the stipulated period of 7 days, the applicant has to deposit it again in the next 3 days period.
•If the applicant does not deposit the fee or security deposit even within these additional 3 days, the application will be canceled after the expiry of the said period.
•In the above-phased and time-bound process, if the application form is not disposed of within the stipulated time period, after 30 days from the date of application, the applicant will be informed through the system to deposit the fee or security deposit in the next 10 days. In the event of a non-deposit of the fee or surety amount within the said period, a final notice will be issued through the system, and information will be given for depositing the fee or security deposit within 3 days. Even after this, the application will be canceled automatically canceled if the fee or earnest money is not deposited. If the fee or security deposit is deposited, then the application will be auto-sanctioned, and the applicant can auto-generated registration or license.
•According to the above procedure, if the proceedings are not completed in a time-bound manner and the case is pending, after a period of 45 days, the registration and license can be done by the applicant by auto-sanction on the case portal.
