The Government of Goa on October 25, 2022, issued the Business of the Government of Goa (Allocation) (Forty-fifth Amendment) Rules, 2022 to further amend the Business of the Government of Goa (Allocation) Rules, 1987.
The following amendments have been stated:
• In the Schedule, for the heading "Department of Information Technology", at serial number 17A,- the heading "Department of Information Technology, Electronics and Communications" has been substituted.
• In the Schedule, after clause (d), clause (e) has been inserted, namely:
"(e) Electronics and Communications.";
• In the Schedule, at serial number 38, in clause (a), sub-clause (ii) has been omitted and clause (e) has been omitted.
This notification will come into force on October 27, 2022.
