Industry Specific Compliance The Department of Telecommunications (DoT) on October 26, 2022 has issued notification regarding NOCC charges for use of space segment.

The following has been stated namely: -

• The NOCC charges for using space segment has been removed for the telecom service licensees using space segments including TV/Broadcasting operators.
