Industry Specific Compliance The Securities Exchange Board of India (SEBI) on October 28, 2022, issued an addendum to the SEBI circular on the Development of Passive Funds with reference to SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/IMD/DOF2/P/CIR/2022/69 dated May 23, 2022, and SEBI further issued a subsequent addendum to Circular No. SEBI/HO/IMD/DF2/CIR/P/2022/102 dated July 28, 2022.

It is stated that based on the feedback received from the stakeholders, it has been decided that clause 2(IV)(A) of the circular will be applicable with effect from May 01, 2023.
