Labour ComplianceThe Government of Kerala on October 26, 2022 has issued Notification regarding Public Holiday to the Public Offices during the calendar year 2023.

The list of Holidays has been divided namely: -

• Normal Holiday – These include All Sundays and Second Saturdays of each English month.

• The following festivals/Occasion falls on Public Holidays (Sundays) ans will be avoided from the list: -

1. Deepavali

2. Easter

• Restricted Holidays – The part of the community whom the Holiday applies to are permitted to claim the holiday.
