The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on October 27, 2022 has issued Notification regarding Reporting Format of Segregation and Monitoring of Collateral at the Client Level.
The following has been stated namely: -
• A few additional details are now required to be reported to ICCL as part of the daily collateral submissions this is in order to standardise reporting format of collateral data across Exchange/Clearing Corporations.
• The revised format for daily collateral segregation data is attached in the notification as Annexure 1.
• Members are advised to make necessary software changes in their systems in order to comply with the aforesaid guidelines.
