The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) on October 31, 2022, notified that Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Model Bye-Laws and Governing Board of Insolvency Professional Agencies) (Second Amendment) Regulations, 2022 to further amend the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Model Bye-Laws and Governing Board of Insolvency Professional Agencies) Regulations, 2016.
The following has been amended-
•Regulation 7, which specifies Compliance Officer is amended.
•In clause 6 of the schedule which specifies the duties of the agency, after sub-clause (2), sub-clause (3) shall be inserted.
They shall come into force on October 31, 2022.
