The Central Electricity Regulatory Commission on October 31, 2022, issued a notification regarding the commencement of the (Terms and Conditions for Renewable Energy Certificates for Renewable Energy Generation) Regulations,2022 which has been published in Notification No. RA-14026(11)/1/2022-CERC Part-III, Section 4, No. 272 of the Gazette of India Extraordinary on May 24, 2022.
The following has been stated namely:
•The Terms and Conditions for Renewable Energy Certificates for Renewable Energy Generation Regulations, 2022 shall come into force from December 05, 2022.
