Industry Specific Compliance The Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (CERC) on October 31, 2022, issued the date on which Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Deviation Settlement Mechanism and Related Matters) Regulations, 2022 shall come into force.

The following has been stated namely: -

• The Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Deviation Settlement Mechanism and Related Matters) Regulations, 2022 shall come into force with effect from December 05, 2022.
