The Rajasthan Government on November 14, 2022, issued the Draft Rajasthan Transparency in Public Procurement Act, 2022, and Draft Rajasthan Transparency in Public Procurement (RTPP) Rules, 2022.
The following has been stated namely: -
• This is prepared under the state procurement facilitation cell (SPFC), for strengthening the existing operational framework of public procurement within the state.
• It is to further reform the arena of public procurement and ensure economy, efficiency, and transparency in public procurement.
• Comments and suggestions if any may be sent to [email protected] with a copy to [email protected] by 1 month from November 14, 2022.
This shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint.
