Industry Specific Compliance The Government of Tamil Nadu on December 15, 2022, issued the Tamil Nadu Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Second Amendment Ordinance, 2022 to further amend the Tamil Nadu Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Act, 1987.

The following amendment has been stated:

In section 33, in the proviso to sub-section (1), for the expression ‘‘eleven years and six months’’, the expression ‘‘twelve years and six months’’ has been substituted.

It shall come into force at once.
