Industry Specific Compliance The Government of Jharkhand on December 21, 2022, issued a notification regarding the extension of the effective date of Jharkhand Textile, Apparel & Footwear Policy-2016 i.e., September 18, 2021.

The decision was taken by the Council of ministers in the meeting and held that the date has been extended from September 19, 2022, till the notified date of the new Textile Apparel Policy or September 18, 2023, whichever is earlier.
