Secretarial ComplianceThe Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) on January 23, 2023, published the Nidhi (Amendment) Rules, 2023 to further amend the Nidhi Rules, 2014.

This shall come into force on January 23, 2023

The following has been amended namely: -

• In the Annexure, the Form NDH-1, Form NDH-2, Form NDH-3 and Form NDH-4 has been amended
