Labour ComplianceThe Employees’ State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) on January 18, 2023, issued a notification to extend the medical benefit as laid down in the said Regulation 95-A and the Madhya Pradesh Employees' State Insurance (Medical Benefit) Rules, 1954 in the area of Sehore, Shajapur, and Guna (in addition to the already notified areas in the districts) in the State of Madhya Pradesh.

This shall be enforced from January 01, 2023
