Finance & Taxation ComplianceThe Central Board of Indirect Taxes & Customs (CBIC) on February 01, 2023, issued a notification to amend Notification No.  22/2022-Customs, dated April 30, 2022, related to giving effect to the first tranche of India UAE CEPA.

The following amendment has been stated:

In Table III, against S. No. 12, for the entries under columns (5) and (6), the entries, “10” and “4” shall respectively be substituted.
