Finance & Taxation Compliance The Government of Tripura on February 04, 2023, issued a notification regarding the Clarifications regarding the applicability of GST on certain services.

This has a reference to the Ministry of Finance, Circular No. 190/02/2023-GST dated January 13, 2023, which has issued a Clarification regarding the applicability of GST on certain services.

The following have been stated namely: -

• It states for the purpose of uniformity in the implementation of the Act, it is instructed to follow the guidelines mentioned above.
