The Punjab State Power Corporation Limited (PSPCL) on February 06, 2023, issued a notification regarding the change in increment in the salary of Security Personnel of PESCO.
It is hereby notified that the Office of Labour Commissioner, Punjab vide Notification No: ST/ 10279 Dated October 11, 2022, in the Salary of PESCO Workers Dated: March 01, 2021. There has been a change as per Table No. 2 to 5 (attached) with effect from September 01, 2021, March 01, 2022, and September 01, 2022.
The table will be applicable only to PESCO Security Personnel, who are in this office Memo No: 48136/42/4P-178/ fH31 dated December 22, 2021, between PSPCL & PESCO agreements entered into for 2021-22, in which the extension to 2022-23 on various conditions vide this office memo No: 9469/10419/4P-178/2022-23/ dated March 29, 2022.
It should be ensured that the workers provided by PESCO to carry out the works and activities fulfill all the terms of the agreement/any new notifications/amendments made from time to time.
