The Punjab State Power Corporation Ltd. (PSPCL) on February 09, 2023, issued a notification regarding changes in Single Window System due to the revision of the Schedule of General Charges.
This notification supersedes the earlier instruction issued vide memo no. 212/40, dated January, 01, 2023.
The following has been stated namely:
Consumer charges that are due on or after December 21, 2022, will be recoverable in accordance with the updated General Charges Schedule. Consumers who have not complied fully with the demand notice's requirements (including the Test Report) by December 12, 2022, will also be liable for additional Security (Consumption) & Security (Meter) costs, which will be recoverable in accordance with the new schedule of General Charges and any charges that differ from the old rates (already paid) and the new rates are recovered as stated must be obtained offline from the customer.
