The Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) on February 28, 2023, issued a notification to amend the Notification No. 36/2001-Customs (N.T.), dated August 03, 2001, related to tariff values of Oil, Gold, Silver, and Areca nuts.
This notification shall come into force on March 01, 2023
The following has been amended namely: -
• Table -1 which specifies the tariff values of Oil have been amended.
• Table -2 which specifies the tariff value of Gold and Silver has been amended.
• Table -3 which specifies the tariff value of Areca nuts has been amended.
