The Government of Kerala on March 01, 2023, issued a notification regarding the Mid-day meal at schools on exam day.

The following has been stated namely: -

• Mid-day meals will be made available to students on exam days in public schools

• The mid-day meal committee will take necessary steps by calculating the number of children who require food during examination days. It will be ensured that only the number of children who have eaten is recorded in the register.
