Industry Specific Compliance The Government of Punjab on February 28, 2023, issued a direction for the Special Infrastructure Development fee.

The following directions have been stated:

• a fee at the rate of rupee one, for every hundred rupees; and

• a Special Infrastructure Development fee at the rate of rupee 0.25 for every hundred rupees,

of the value of the purchase of any immovable property within the State of Punjab, shall, respectively, not be levied for a period from March 01, 2023, to March 31, 2023.
