Finance & Taxation ComplianceThe Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) on March 02, 2023, issued a notification regarding the rate of exchange of conversion of foreign currency for imported and exported goods

This is in supersession of the Notification No. 10/2023-Customs(N.T.), dated  February 16, 2023

This shall come into effect on March 03, 2023.

Schedule I provides the Rate of exchange pertaining to the import and export of goods of one unit of foreign currency equivalent to Indian rupees of the following foreign currency: -

(i) Australian Dollar

(ii) Bahrain Dinar

(iii) Canadian Dollar

(iv) Chinese Yuan

(v) Danish Kroner

(vi) EURO

(vii) Hong Kong Dollar

(viii)Kuwait Dinar

(ix) New Zealand Dollar

(x) Norwegian Kroner

• Schedule II provides the Rate of exchange pertaining to the import and export of goods of 100 units of foreign currency equivalent to Indian rupees of the following foreign currency: 

(i) Japanese Yen

(ii) Korean Won
