Finance & Taxation ComplianceThe Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs, (CBIC) on March 03, 2023, issued a notification regarding the amendment to Notification No. 30/2022-Customs related to the Exemption of Custom duty on Crude Soya-bean oil, whether or not degummed, and Crude Sunflower seed oil when imported to India 

The following has been amended namely: -

• In the said notification, paragraph 2, provides the date of enforcement and validity of the notification.

 for the figure “2024”, the figure “2023” shall be substituted.
