The Ministry of Finance (MoF) on March 03, 2023, issued a notification to further amend the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 50/2017-Customs, dated June 30, 2017, concerning prescribes effective rates of customs duty and IGST for goods imported into India.
The following has been amended namely: -
•after S. No. 20A and the entries relating thereto, the S. No. 20B Tur Whole and entries shall be inserted.
•against S. No. 21, in column (3), for the entry, the entry “Tur (other than TurWhole)” shall be substituted.
This shall come into force on March 04, 2023.
