Industry Specific ComplianceThe General Administration Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh on March 10, 2023, issued a notification regarding declaring holidays on the occasion of ‘Ugadi’ and Vinayaka Chavithi’ under the Negotiable Instrument Act, of 1881.

This is in partial modification of the orders issued in G.O.Rt.No. 2693, General Administration (Political. B) Department, Dated: December 15, 2022

The following has been stated namely: -

• It has declared the dates March 22, 2023 (Wednesday)  and July 18, 2023 (Monday), as holidays on the occasion of “Ugadi” and “Vinayaka Chavithi” respectively, under the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881.
